Keith Rommel’s Cursed is an excellent story that grabs the reader from the beginning and holds the attention in a death grip right through the finale.

Our main character Alister Kunkle has spent the last 25 years inside the Sunnyvale Capable Care Mental Institution. He’s had himself admitted in order to protect others from being exposed to him and his curse. What’s this curse you ask? Anyone that communicates with him dies within that same day, and their deaths are not easily explained or understood. But Dr. Anna Lee has studied his case and believes him to be simply deranged, so she sets out to clarify his actual state of mind. She has a successful visit but no one expects to see her return.
